Elizabeth White, MS, LAC, is a licensed associate counselor in Northwest Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2025 with a Master’s degree in Counseling Education, with a focus in Mental Health Counseling. Her specialties include acute and subacute care, Brainspotting, trauma, addiction, personality disorders, grief, and eating disorders. She follows a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, believing true healing comes from trusting and safe therapeutic relationships. Outside of her professional work she enjoys traveling with her husband, trying new hobbies, and spending time with her dogs and cats.
