Jess completed her undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX and her dietetic internship at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA. Prior to Living Hope, Jess worked in Assisted Living, as a Long Term Care Dietitian and most recently as a Liver, Kidney and Long Term Care Dietitian.

Outside of work Jess likes to garden and go to sporting events - she is on MLB stadium of her 7 stadium tour. She has a 5 year old Jack Russell named Duke, and her favorite color depends on the item, but it’s definitely not orange!
