Stephanie Jennings, MS, LPC

Stephanie is the mom of 2 awesome daughters. She has one grandson (3) and one granddaughter (7 weeks old). They are the joy in her life!

She has been a portrait photographer for the last 20 years. She loves music, traveling, fall weather, and sunny days. She has been with Living Hope since 12/8/25.

Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Psychological Services. She is passionate about helping clients improve self-esteem, managing anxiety and depression, strengthening communication skills, and navigate life’s transitions with confidence. She strives to provide a supportive and compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

By encouraging the exploration of emotions and the development of self-awareness, she hopes to help her clients build practical tools for everyday life. She strives to help them find inner peace, develop healthy coping skills, and build resilience so they can face challenges with greater confidence and emotional balance.

Using an integrative approach, that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, treatment is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and strengths. Stephanie believes in meeting clients where they are and partnering with them to create meaningful and lasting changes.
